If Portal is really big ,stretched out, and the stuff on the right side is all squeezed together, then it is most likely because you are using Internet Explorer. To fix this use a different browser like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc. I highly recommend switching your browser from Internet Explorer, it is old and outdated and there are many other better browers out there.
